Congratulations to Yong Jin Kun  for winning  the Silver Medal at the Asian Taekwondo Championships held in  Ho Minh  City, Vietnam

23 years old Yong Jin Kun paired with Yap Khim Wen for the first time and the duo performed their way to a silver medal in the poomsae (non-sparring) discipline at the Asian stage.

This was the second competitive success for the duo this year. Jin Kun and Khim Wen became the first Malaysian taekwondo exponents to climb on the podium on American soil when they took gold in the event at the USA Open in Las Vegas in February.
