Abstract Submission

EXTENDED ABSTRACT

We kindly request that all extended abstracts be submitted in accordance with the following instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient review process.

Submission is open until 15 June 2026.

SUBMISSION METHODS:

1. Qualtrics Form:

Submit your completed Extended Abstract (using this template) through the designated Qualtrics Form. No additional submission form is required for this method.

FILE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All files must be uploaded/attached in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Please ensure the file name includes the presenting author's last name followed by an underscore and their initial(s). For example, if the presenting author's name is John Smith or James (if one name only), the files should be saved as:  "Abstract_SMITH_J.docx" or "Abstract_JAMES.docx".

REVIEW

The authors are requested to provide their papers (a 2-page extended abstract) using the Paper Template (to be shared later), by 15 June 2026. The submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the organising and technical committees. The review criteria are based on the scopes of symposium, quality and depth of the scientific results, methodology, clarity as well as the impact. The authors should complete the required revisions by 25 July 2026.

The finalised presenters and their details must be confirmed, with authors (at least presenting author) showing proof of registration for the Symposium, by 30 September 2026. At the start of the Symposium, the finalised papers will be provided as an e-proceedings to the participants.
