PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

We are delighted to have you as a presenter at the M-CRInfra2026 Symposium. To help ensure your session runs smoothly, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

1. Total Duration
   • Plenary Speaker: 40 minutes presentation + 20 minutes Q&A
   • Keynote Speaker: 20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A
   • Paper Presenters: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
2. Presentation Slides

   Please submit your slides in advance to the secretariat before your session begins. If you prefer to use your own laptop for the presentation, kindly inform the secretariat so that the necessary arrangements can be made. (Note: The template for presentation will be released by mid-2026.)
