Dr. Ziyuan Pu is currently a professor at Southeast University, and an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at Monash University. He received M.S. and Ph.D. from University of Washington (Seattle) in 2015 and 2020 respectively, and B.S. degree from Southeast University in 2010, China. His previous research focus on advanced traffic sensing, Intelligent Vehicles (IV), and smart road infrastructures. He published more than 100 articles in top journals and conferences in the fields of transportation engineering, computer science, etc. He serves as AE of IEEE T-ITS, IEEE IoT-J, and a Handling Editor of TRR. He serves as a member of CAV Impacts Committee and AI Committee of ASCE T&DI, and a member and review coordinator of Transportation Research Board (TRB) Standing Committee on Information Systems and Technology and Standing Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Computing Applications. He is the recipient of several prestigious awards, including Outstanding Technical Paper Award presented by ITE, Excellence in Highway Safety Data Research Award presented by FHWA and ITE, etc.
