Connect with students and build your brand

Meet Monash University Malaysia’s students and graduates through events and programmes held across the year. Whether you want to hire, mentor or raise your profile as an employer, there is a way to get involved.

Monash Future Forward Career Fair

April and September

Our flagship career fair connects employers with students looking for internships and graduate roles. Showcase your organisation, culture and opportunities to a wide student audience, engage students across disciplines who are actively seeking roles, and build a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring.

Monash Elite Connect

April and September

A networking event that brings MUM’s top-performing final-year students together with employers offering graduate opportunities. Meet academically strong, motivated and career-ready students from across faculties, get to know their capabilities, interests and cultural fit beyond what a resume shows, and position your organisation as an employer of choice.

Postgraduate Recruitment: PG Connected and PG Interconnected

May and September

A one-day, on-campus networking and engagement event for postgraduate students. Connect with potential hires for graduate or internship programmes, explore research collaborations or knowledge-sharing initiatives, and interview shortlisted candidates in person.

On-Campus Recruitment

Host a one-day interview session for your graduate or internship programme and meet pre-screened candidates who match your hiring criteria. Assess communication skills, professionalism and cultural fit face to face, while saving the time and resources of off-site recruitment and building lasting relationships with Monash Malaysia.

TeaMWork Virtual Internship Program

June to July

A four-week virtual internship in which multidisciplinary student teams from Monash University (Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia) and the University of Warwick (UK) work on real-world projects for your organisation, particularly those aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In 2026, the programme hosted 780+ students across 111 industry projects.

It is a low-touch, high-impact way to gain fresh ideas, solve real business challenges, mentor industry-ready students and turn research into practical outcomes. Projects can fall under one or more themes: Finance and E-commerce, Global Health and Wellbeing, Research and Business Development, Marketing and Social Media, Sustainability and Social Impact, and Technology, Data and Innovation. You can submit one project for one team, assign two teams to a larger project, or submit several distinct projects.

Career Readiness Workshops

Partner with us to deliver practical, skills-based sessions of 30 to 60 minutes led by industry professionals. Topics can include employability and professional skills, industry insights and career pathways, navigating the graduate job market, resume writing and interview preparation, and workplace communication and teamwork.

Other ways to engage

Orientation workshops, campus activations, industry visits and industry upskilling sessions are also available throughout the year.
