Parents and families of our students are an important part of the Monash University community. You play a vital role during your student’s journey at Monash, and we want to ensure that you have all the information and resources that you’ll need to support your student.
Releasing personal information about students
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), the University cannot release any information about students to a third party, including parents/guardians, without that student’s permission.
In an emergency, University staff will contact the student’s next of kin if required.
