PTPTN FAQs

You are not encouraged to change your course after your loan has been approved by PTPTN. However, you may appeal to PTPTN to continue the existing loan, provided your change of course application has been approved by the University and that you are not repeating any of your semesters.

PTPTN Change of Course Process:

Submit the following documents via email to the Scholarship and Study Loans Office at mum.scholarship@monash.edu to request for a confirmation letter that you’re not repeating any semester:

• Internal Course Transfer Letter
• Previous Course Offer Letter
• Approved course map

After you’ve been issued with the confirmation letter, you must submit the documents to PTPTN through MyPTPTN (Rayuan). PTPTN will then advise you on the next course of action.
