About
Embark on the Leap into Leadership Online journey at Monash University Malaysia—an array of free, engaging modules designed to boost your employability and leadership skills. You can complete as many modules as you like at any stage of your studies.
Each module takes approximately 30 minutes, with no formal assessments required.

Through these modules, you’ll:

How it works?
All current students at Monash can access the modules.
- Choose a topic and get started. Whether it's a subject you know nothing about and want to improve, or a skill set an employer has identified in a job ad, there are plenty of choices – and they're all free.
- Work your way through it, at your own pace. Watch videos and complete quizzes in Moodle to progress to the next section. Make sure you read the Welcome and Module instructions before you start.
- Submit your answers to complete the module. Once you've submitted your answers, your responses will be reviewed. If you've completed all questions to a satisfactory standard, you'll receive an email confirming that you've completed the module.
- Apply your new skills to your studies, work, volunteering and extracurricular activities. Many modules offer resources to use in the real world, and you can use these to help explain your skills to future employers.
