During your science course, you need to complete at least one science major. A major is an area of specialisation, and is achieved by completing specific groups of science units.
Bachelor of Science gives you the advantage to tailor your course to your interests, and you can use your free electives to complete another major (science or non-science), or complete an extended major in your science area of interest or a minor in another science area.
How many units do I enrol in? If you are commencing your course in March: You enrol in eight units per year, i.e. 4 units in semester one and 4 units in semester two (48 credit points).
If you are commencing your course in July: You only need to enrol in 4 units (24 credit points) for the semester you join.
