Speakers’ Profile:

Prof Nicolas Georges

Director, Food and Agriculture Innovation, Industry Professor

Over his 25 years career, Nicolas has led several food organisations, small and large, through major transformational change. He has worked for Nestle, Mondelez, Vitasoy among others in Asia, Europe and Australia. He is first and foremost an innovator and a system thinker, connecting dots, people and capabilities for unexpected results and possibilities. Uniquely experienced across all functions (manufacturing to sales, marketing, strategy and R&D) in FMCG and Retail, including general management and P&L responsibility in both industries, he focuses on expressing people's potential and creating new paths. Nicolas is one of the two founding fathers of the Food Innovation Centre, located at Monash where he now is an industry professor focusing on co creating high value innovations between the Food and Agriculture industry and research.

Miss Elesha Kelly

R&D End to End Project Manager

Elesha graduated with Bachelor of Food Science & Nutrition and has a background working in Regulatory and R&D product development at Mondelez across multiple Asia Pacific markets in chocolate and confectionary category. She has a passionate interest in product development using front end innovation design from brainstorm of idea to execution and product commercialisation. Elesha has a proven record for delivering critical projects with complex activities in tight timelines supported by strong communication and stakeholder management.
