Abstract Submission Guidelines

These guidelines outline the required formatting and content standards for abstract submissions. Authors should follow the specifications below to maintain consistency across all submissions. Please submit your abstract by 31 July 2026.

Format

Title

Use bold, 14‑point Arial, with scientific names italicized where applicable.

Authors

List all authors in bold, 12‑point Arial. Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*).

Address and Email

Provide brief affiliations in 10‑point Arial. Include only the presenting author's email address.

Page Setup

Submit on A4 paper (210 × 297 mm), portrait orientation, with 1‑inch margins on all sides. You may download and use the provided template to prepare your abstract according to the required formatting and content guidelines.

Abstract Text

Write in 12‑point Arial, 1.15 line spacing, with a maximum of 300 words.

Keywords

Include up to six keywords, arranged alphabetically and separated by commas.

Length

The abstract must fit on one A4 page only.

Alignment

  • Left‑align: title, authors, affiliations, and keywords
  • Justify: body of the abstract

Content Requirements

The abstract must clearly and concisely address the following components:

  • Background: Provide context and explain the significance of the study.
  • Objectives: State the aims and research questions.
  • Methods: Briefly describe the methodology used.
  • Results: Present the main findings or outcomes.
  • Conclusions: Summarize implications, applications, or importance of the results.
  • Do not include figures, tables, or references.
  • Separate paragraphs with blank lines; do not indent paragraphs.
  • Limit to a maximum of 5 alphabetical keywords.
  • The one‑page A4 limit is mandatory.
