This talk  will guide you to recognise stress and relaxation responses. You will also be guided  to practise evidence-based technique s to elicit relaxation response, which could help to counter stress .

Mr Yap Chee Khong, a registered psychologist from Sunway Medical Centre. He has previously worked with various organisations in Singapore and has vast clinical and research experience on topics such as anxiety, sleep disorders, depression and more.
