Hands-On eDNA Metabarcoding for Tropical Biodiversity Assessment
Workshop Overview
This workshop provides participants with practical training in analysing eDNA and amplicon sequencing data for biodiversity assessment. Using real tropical datasets, participants will learn how to process raw sequencing data, perform taxonomic assignment, and interpret biodiversity patterns relevant to conservation and ecological monitoring.
The training is designed to be highly interactive, moving from theoretical foundations to hands-on computational analysis.
