Dr Michelle Yap Appointed as International Ambassador of the Biochemical Society, UK

It is with great pleasure that we share that Dr Michelle Yap has been appointed as an International Ambassador of the Biochemical Society, United Kingdom, representing one of the prestigious ambassadorial roles within the global molecular biosciences community.

The ambassadors are nominated from among bioscientists worldwide who demonstrate scientific excellence and a strong commitment to community building. Founded in 1911, the Biochemical Society is one of the United Kingdom’s leading learned societies for molecular biosciences and has championed the biosciences for more than a century.

As International Ambassadors, they serve as a global connection between the Society and the wider bioscience community. In her role, Dr Michelle Yap will represent the Society and serve as a bridge between Monash University Malaysia and the Biochemical Society.
