After completing the medical screening, proceed to the International Student Pass (ISP) Counter located at Building 2, Level 1, with the following items:
Once submitted, the ISP staff will issue you an acknowledgment receipt for your passport. Keep this receipt safe, as it will serve as your only form of identification until your passport is returned.
Step 2: Wait for Your Student Pass Sticker
Your passport, along with the student pass sticker, will be ready in approximately six (6) working weeks.
Step 3: Collect Your Passport
You will receive an email notification via your Monash email once your passport is ready for collection. Bring your acknowledgment receipt to retrieve it.
Step 4: Receive Your i-Kad
Your i-Kad will be issued approximately two weeks after you receive your passport. You will be notified by email when it is ready for collection.
The i-Kad serves as an identification card for international students. While it is a valid form of identification, it cannot replace your passport.
