At the end of your program of study with us, you are required to arrange for the cancellation of your Student Pass.
If you have any questions or need assistance with your Student Pass, please contact the International Student Pass (ISP) office via the ISP Helpdesk.
When submitting your ticket, ensure you specify that you are an inbound exchange or study abroad student for the current semester to facilitate accurate and timely support.
We strongly recommend that you avoid planning any trips after your final exams until you have consulted with the International Student Pass (ISP) office regarding your Student Pass cancellation plans and timeline.
This section applies to Exchange and Study Abroad students only. Global Intercampus students from Monash University Australia (MUA) should obtain transcripts via Monash Connect.
Monash does not send transcripts to your home institution. You must share your transcript with your home advisor:
