Gold for 4 Research Teams at ITEX
Four teams from Monash University Malaysia awarded gold medals at the 2016 International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition.
All four teams from Monash Malaysia who participated, were each awarded gold medals at the 2016 International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX). Organised by the Malaysian Invention and Design Society (MINDS), the exhibition aimed to cultivate the ability to think critically - a quality separating innovators from followers.
Held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, the event attracted 1,000 creations by inventors and researchers from both local and international universities and research institutes.
The inventions were judged based on the following criteria: novelty; inventiveness; usefulness and application; presentation and demonstration; market and commercial potential; and environmental friendliness.
Congratulations to all four Monash teams and their gold inventions!
