Monash Application Day

Application fee waived when you apply on the day of the event. To proceed, please bring the following documents in softcopy (PDF format), preferably in colour, with a file size no larger than 5MB. Save the documents to a USB/thumb drive.

Undergraduate Program

• A copy of your Malaysian identification card / a certified copy of your passport
• A copy of Year 11 qualification (SPM / O Level or equivalent)
• A copy of Year 12 qualification (A Level / CPU / SAM / IBDP / UEC or equivalent)
• A copy of Tertiary Education (Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree and subject syllabus), if applicable
• Proof of English proficiency

Postgraduate Program

• A copy of your Malaysian identification card / a certified copy of your passport
• A copy of Bachelor's Degree transcript & certificate (with grading scale)
• A copy of your Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Proof of English proficiency
