Embracing Boundaries:
Building respectful relationships

In 2025, we will continue to build upon the theme, Embracing Boundaries, because boundaries are essential building blocks for all respectful relationships. We’re all different, and we want and need different things. Reflecting on our boundaries helps us understand what kind of interactions we want to have with others. Setting boundaries for ourselves, as well as respecting the boundaries of the people in our lives, is essential in any healthy relationship: with partners, family members, friends, or colleagues. At Monash, we want you to join us in a conversation about the value of embracing boundaries and what that may look like in your life.

Step into Respect: Engage with Our Boundary-Building Activities

Visit our interactive activity booths at the Foyer to discover the 3 types of boundaries and practical ways to apply them in your daily life.
