Salary

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. When you work at Monash University Malaysia, you can expect:

• Periodic adjustments to the salary scales to reflect changes in the cost of living.
• An annual increment (subject to satisfactory performance) until you reach the top increment step for your level.
• An annual bonus (subject to satisfactory performance). The level of the bonus is influenced by the overall performance of the University. Higher bonuses are paid for staff demonstrating outstanding performance.
