This workshop is open for those who wish to find out more about Food Science and Technology course at Monash. Limit to 60 participants at Year 12 level.

| 1.30-3.00pm | Activity 3 - Introduction to Food Packaging Students will be introduced to various types of packaging materials and asked to develop a suitable packaging for the candy made earlier |
