STEP 1: Create your reel
- Create a 15 - 30 second Instagram reel that represents your business ideas for positive environmental or social change on one (1) of the following topics, align with the Momentum Now's initiative:
- Protecting Animals/Wildlife
- Saving The Environment
- Gender Equality
- Supporting disadvantaged and marginalised communities
- Your reel should include:
- A short introduction (why is the issue important to you?) - 5 to 6 seconds
- Your proposal (what would you like to do to address the issue?) - 5 to 7 seconds
- Your plans (what do you need to do to make your proposal happen) - 5 to 7 seconds
- Your goals/hopes for the future (what do you think the future will be like if we can solve this issue?) - 5 to 7 seconds
- Here are some useful tips to help you get started.
- Don’t be afraid to be creative! It doesn’t matter if the product/service you have in mind doesn’t exist yet. Dream big!
- Think about how to make your video appealing to a general audience. Use graphics, visuals, and accompanying audio to get your point across effectively
- Most importantly, have fun with it!
STEP 2: Post your reel!
- Upload your reel on Instagram using a single account
- Include a short caption to your reel by filling in the blanks:
- We are (your team’s name) from (the name of your School) of (the State your School is located in), and we believe in (your issue) through (your proposal)
- SAMPLE CAPTION A: “We are Team Equality from Sekolah Kebangsaan ABC of Kuala Lumpur, and we believe in supporting refugee communities through equal education opportunities!
- SAMPLE CAPTION B: “We are Team SKABC from Sekolah Kebangsaan ABC of Kuching, Sarawak, and we believe in saving the environment through designing vertical gardens for skyscraper buildings!
STEP 3: Follow and Tag Us!
- Follow and Tag BOTH our official Instagram accounts in the captions:

STEP 4: Attend the Award Ceremony on 13 December 2025 at Monash University Malaysia.
