As we look towards the future, we will delve deeper into Portugal's pioneering initiatives in drug enforcement and policing. This exploration will feature insights from key figures, including:

  • Rui Costa, Senior Officer at Portugal's Public Security Police
  • Nuno Capaz, Vice President of Lisbon's Drug Dissuasion Commission
  • Professor Dr Alisson Ritter, Head of the Drug Policy and Modelling Program at the University of New South Wales in Australia

Through these discussions, we aim to foster a dialogue about the potential for reform and the lessons to be drawn from Portugal’s experience.
