Booking and Usage of Recreational and Sports Facilities

General Conduct While Using the Recreational and Sports Facilities

  1. The venue must only be booked and used for its intended purposes.
  2. All players must wear appropriate sports attire during a game. This includes proper sports shoes, i.e. non-marking rubber soled shoes.
  3. Any damage (e.g. posts, nets, fence, fans, lights or wall) must be reported to the Facilities Management Department immediately.
  4. The sport venues must be kept clean at all times. No food and drinks are allowed inside the courts.
  5. Users who are found to be in breach of any rules and regulations will result in the user(s) to be suspended from booking or using the sporting facilities for a minimum period of one month.
  6. The University reserves the right to disallow the use of the court or cancel any activities due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
  7. Usage of the facilities are solely for students and staff of Monash Malaysia. External parties may only use the facilities if prior approval has been obtained from the Event Management Unit, Building 2, Level 2. Email for more information.
