Nanoparticle-Mediated siRNA Delivery Targeting Novel Molecular Pathways for Immune Modulation and Drug Sensitivity in Colon Cancer
This project will identify the genes regulating immune evasion in colon cancer. Using a nanoparticle delivery system, the siRNA targeting the specific gene will be delivered. The effect of immune regulation and drug sensitivity will be determined.
